Thank you for using the Milo Motion app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.

1. No Personal Data Collection

The Milo Motion app does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information about you. We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, usage analytics, device identifiers, or any other data that could be used to identify you personally.

2. Data Storage

The App allows you to create, save, and manage motion profiles and device pairings for your Milo Motion devices. This configuration data is stored only locally on your mobile device. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party. It remains entirely under your control on your device.

3. Permissions

The App requires certain permissions to function correctly:

• Bluetooth: This permission is essential for the App to discover, connect to, and communicate with your Milo remote and decoy devices. We only use Bluetooth for this core functionality and do not use it for tracking or collecting any data.
• Filesystem Access (Optional): If you choose to use the feature to share or import motion profiles (`.motion` files), the App may require permission to read from or write to specific file locations on your device, solely to facilitate this user-initiated action. The App does not access any other files or data on your device.
• Location Access (Optional): Geolocation data is used to store the users current location when making logbook entries.

These permissions are used exclusively to enable the App's features and are not used to collect or access any personal information.

4. Data Sharing and Transmission

The Milo Motion app does not share any data with us or any third parties. The App operates entirely offline with respect to your data and does not require an internet connection to function (except potentially for initial app download or updates via the app store). No data created or stored within the App is sent over the internet.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if the changes are significant, potentially through an in-app notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
