ARL Pathfinder Touchscreen Reliability Improvement Project (TRIP) (Phase I & II)
Prime: CRO Medical
Novien Role (Subcontractor): Designed and developed heated insulating cover to enable touchscreen use in extreme cold environments. Following design approval, Novien handled prototyping (3D printing, CNC machining, urethane molding, electrical wiring, etc.) and testing to validate design. Tested data-equipped prototype in controlled environment and provided detailed report of results. Manufactured and delivered ten additional units two weeks ahead of schedule for field testing (currently in process).
